  • 1. Connect & Customize

    We’ll start with a brief consultation to understand your property and the media you need. You can select from our preset packages or request a custom quote designed specifically for your listing.

    2. Review & Approve

    Once your agreement is signed, you’ll receive the invoice via email. The payment deadline will be clearly outlined in the agreement, so you know exactly when the balance is due.

    3. Reserve Your Date

    After the agreement is signed and payment is submitted according to the invoice, your session is officially booked. Late payment may result in cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Our professional editing team and quality control process allow us to strive for a 48-hour turnaround for most listings. Larger jobs may require a bit more time to ensure consistency and superior quality across all media. Rest assured, Baytography understands the importance of prompt delivery without compromising quality.

  • We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll do our best to accommodate and apply your payment toward a new date, based on availability.

    If Baytography deems weather conditions not optimal, we will move your shoot to a new date to ensure your property is presented at its best.

    Please note: last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of the payment, and rescheduling is subject to available dates.

  • Travel within 50 miles round trip from our base location in Daphne, AL is included with all Baytography real estate media packages.
    Locations beyond 50 miles may be subject to a $1.00 per mile travel fee (round trip) to help cover travel time and fuel.
