Each project is fully personalized, with limited availability to ensure every client receives our full attention. From thoughtful planning and intentional shooting to curated delivery, your session is designed with care — offering both digital files and print options to fit your needs.

Our Custom Photography Services Include:

To maintain the highest standards, custom sessions begin at $500 + tax, and engagement sessions begin at $750 + tax. Every project receives dedicated attention — from shooting to hand development, scanning, and careful curation — ensuring that each photograph reflects your story with precision and care.

  • Yes. Every session includes options for professional prints and albums, crafted to the highest standards. To protect the quality and integrity of our work, all prints and albums are produced through Baytography. With years of experience in pricing, materials, and finishing, we ensure your photographs are presented exactly as they were intended — with the care, precision, and attention to detail they deserve.

  • Booking your session is simple — just fill out the form below.

    1. Connect & Customize
    We’ll start with a brief conversation to understand your vision. From there, you’ll select a package or receive a custom quote tailored to your session.

    2. Review & Approve
    You’ll receive a digital agreement via email. Once signed, your date is officially reserved.

    3. Secure Your Date
    A 25% non-refundable retainer is due after the agreement is signed to secure your booking.

    4. Remaining Balance

    • Custom & Engagement Sessions: Remaining 75% is due 1 week before your session.

    • Wedding Sessions: Remaining 75% is due 3 weeks before your wedding.

    Every session is fully personalized, with limited availability to ensure focused attention and meticulous care from start to finish.

  • At Baytography, every session receives focused attention, careful planning, and high-quality execution. To ensure this, our policies are designed to be clear and professional.

    Retainer & Balance:

    • A 25% retainer is due after your agreement is signed to secure your session date. The retainer is non-refundable.

    • Remaining balances are due 1 week before custom or engagement sessions and 3 weeks before wedding sessions.

    • Payment must be received by the due date to maintain your booking.

    Rescheduling:

    • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

    • Reschedules less than 48 hours before the session are not permitted.

    • For outdoor or analog-only sessions, we will work with you to find an alternate date in the event of inclement weather or unsafe conditions, ensuring your session meets Baytography’s high standards.

    • While we aim to accommodate reschedules, repeated changes may not be possible due to limited availability.

    Cancellations & No-Shows:

    • If you cancel more than 48 hours before the session, the retainer is non-refundable.

    • If a session is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time or if a client does not show up, the full session fee is non-refundable.

    • This policy protects the time, preparation, and resources dedicated to your session, especially for custom, engagement, and film-based projects.

    Communication:

    • All cancellations or reschedule requests must be communicated via email.

    • A confirmation of any change will be sent promptly to ensure both parties are aligned.

  • For all sessions, you can expect your photos to be delivered within 2 weeks. For weddings, the turnaround time is typically 8-10 weeks. If you need your photos sooner, Baytography may can accommodate rush processing for an additional fee, whenever possible.

  • Baytography does not provide RAW files. These unedited images do not represent the final vision or quality of our work. At Baytography, each photo undergoes a thoughtful editing process (digital & film) to ensure it aligns with the style and standards promised to our clients.
